What Strength Raspberry Vape Do I Need?

The e-liquid strength all depends on personal preference but also how many cigarettes a vaper used to go through. 20 or more cigarettes a day would be considered heavy. The best strength e-liquid for this would be a 1.8% or 2.0% as that will provide enough nicotine for a full day. For new vapers its is best to start off with a weaker strength such as a 0.3% or 0.6% to see if it provides enough nicotine, and if it does not then move to a higher strength vape juice.

If higher strength vape juice still isn’t providing enough nicotine, or the throat hit from stronger e-liquid is too harsh then try using nic salts. These offer a faster and sharper nicotine hit while also providing a smoother throat hit.
