Bar salts are a popular, new range of nic salt liquids. The main aim of them is to re-create the same strength and intensity of disposables, but in a 10ml form. Not only does this open these extraordinary flavours up to open tank users, but it saves disposable users a considerable amount of money. As one 10ml bottle is the equivalent to around 5 disposables. Vampire Vape Bar Salts
Vampire Vape is a well know manufacturer of e-liquid. It has a lot of successful ranges including nic salts and 50/50 liquids. The Bar Salts range is one of the newest additions and is a great entry into this growing category.
Some of the most popular Vampire Vape flavours include Heisenberg and Pinkman. Hopefully we’ll see these flavours added to the Bar Salts range.
3. NRG Ice
NRG Ice combines the refreshing taste of energy drinks with a crisp ice menthol. I’m not the biggest fan of energy drinks in general. But, energy e-liquid is quite nice and this is probably one of my favourites.
2. Watermelon
I’ve mentioned before that watermelon flavours are my go to when trying a brand for the first time, you can’t really mess up watermelon. This liquid tastes wonderful and is very fruity.
1. Pink Lemonade
A delicious blend of sweet and juicy raspberries and tart and tangy lemonade. Pink lemonade has to be one of my favourite all time flavours, the Vapire Vape Bar Salts version is fantastic.
Ohm Brew Double Brew
Ohm Brew is another famous brand that produce shortfills, 50/50 liquids and nic salts. Double Brew is a new range that, as the name suggests, contains double the amount of flavour concentrate. This gives the same intense flavours found in popular disposables.
Double Brew is available in 0.5%, 1.0% and 2.0%, so is great for a wide variety of vapers. This range is also PG heavy, meaning that there is more throat hit than most 50/50 nic salts.
The range has some great choices including both fruity and sweet selections.
3. Candy Cherry Ice
Succulently sweet glazed cherries and crisp icy menthol. If you have a sweet tooth, this liquid is for you.
2. Blue Razz Lemonade
A classic flavour amongst disposables. A delightful mix of blueberries, raspberries and zesty lemonade.

Simple, but very tasty. Mouth-watering watermelon and a breeze of menthol.
Riot Bar EDTN E-liquid
Riot recently released a disposable of its own, the Riot Bar. But its Bar EDTN is what stands out from the crowd. Featuring some new flavours, along side classics from other Riot ranges. These include Peach Ice Tea and Mango Vanilla Ice Cream, which are two of my all time favourite liquids.
Riot Bar EDTN is available in 1% and 2% nic salt.
3. Mango Peach & Pineapple
A tropical sensation of juicy mangoes, succulent peaches and exotic pineapple blended perfectly.
2. Peach Ice Tea
Sweet and juicy peach tea and breezy menthol. This flavour is very summery and wouldn’t go a miss vaped in the sun next to a pool.
1. Mango Vanilla Ice Cream
Another summery flavour and my absolute favourite e-liquid in its shortfill version. Rich mango swirled in creamy vanilla ice cream.
The Best Bar Salt 3rd Place – Bar Juice 5000
Bar Juice 5000 was one of the first bar salts to hit the market, the packaging is even designed to be like a disposable.
The e-liquids come in a variety of PG:VG ratios of 60/40, 60/50 or 45/55, depending on flavour. But, I wouldn’t recommend using it in a DL kit. As the throat hit might be too harsh even though it’s nic salt.
There are 41 great flavours to choose from in 2.0% & 1.0% strengths. Let’s have a look at my top 3.
3. Red Apple Ice
Crisp red apples carried on a breeze of icy menthol. Crisp from start to finish. This is my second favourite apple flavour, only beaten by the top spot’s entry.
2. Apple Peach
A classic. Sweet and crunchy apples blended with juicy, mouth-watering peaches. There’s a reason that this flavour appears in most disposable and bar salt ranges.
1. Unicorn Shake
This liquid is fantastic. Sweet apples, succulent strawberries and tropical banana. All finished with a vanilla cream.
The Best Bar Salt 2nd Place – ELFLIQ by Elf Bar
Since the main objective of bar salts is to replicate disposables, it’s obvious that an Elf Bar e-liquid would be popular.
ELFLIQ contains a selection of 34 of the best selling Elf Bar flavours in a range of 0.5%, 1.0% or 2.0% nic salt liquid.

The Best Bar Salt Winner – VLTZ E-Liquid
The winner of the best bar salt had to go to the first ever produced one. VLTZ e-liquid boasts some extreme flavours and the whole range tastes amazing.

1. Peach Ice
This was one of the first new flavours to be added to the VLTZ selection and I was so happy when it did. I was one of the lucky few who got a sample of this liquid and was very impressed. Juicy peaches and icy menthol, but the menthol isn’t too intense and doesn’t ruin the fruity greatness of this liquid.
