The Electronic Cigarette Company uses Royal Mail to ship out small parcels however if your order exceeds £300 we may contact you regarding the use of a designated courier service.

Same Day Dispatch when ordered before noon, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). If you have selected 1st class delivery (standard untracked or signed for over £30) orders can take between 2-3 working days to arrive.
If you have selected special next day delivery before 2pm on a working day then orders will arrive the next working day before 1pm (UK delivery only)
Delivery not arrived:
Delivery within the UK by Royal Mail - Please allow 10 working days from the date your order was dispatched before making a claim for a lost parcel. Delivery outside of the UK - please allow 25 working days from the date your order was dispatched before making a claim for a lost parcel. Due to TRPR regulations that are now in place in the UK, we can no longer ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Spain
Due to country specific regulations on electronic cigarettes, there are various other countries we cannot ship to, these include: Brazil, Canada, Macau, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Turkey.
It is strongly advised that you check local Customs & Import law to ensure your ordered item is not restricted, or subject to any import taxes/fees in your country. TECC cannot accept any liability if a parcel is confiscated, or is charged with an import tax or fee.
We are unable to ship overseas orders to a PO Box address, this is due to restrictions in place with UPS.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing via email to email@example.com, if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer's expense and should be sent via recorded delivery and adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer has a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any). If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the invoice/order number obtained from the Seller on the package.
Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
