Sub ohm Vape Tanks
Here you will find a vast selection of sub ohm vape tanks from the best brands in vaping. We supply a sub tank to suit almost every vape mod on the market at prices you'll love. Sub ohm tanks are ideal for use with high power e cigs, and can produce large clouds of vapour.
What is a sub ohm tank?
Sub ohm tanks are named as such because the coil within has a resistance below 1.0ohm. This type of tank is usually used on vape mods capable of a higher power output, and can produce large clouds of vapour.
Sub tanks often come fitted with larger coils as well, which can absorb an increased amount of vape liquid, and are also compatible with high VG liquids.
Sub ohm vape tanks are a good option to consider when more vapour is preferred. They also produce a much warmer vape than their 'standard' resistance counterparts, which helps to deliver a satisfying experience.
What is the best sub ohm tank?
There are many different sub ohm tanks to choose from, and most vape brands have more than a few to choose from. While there might not be a definitive tank that is the 'best' for vapers as each one offers a similar experience, it can sometimes all come down to looks or how well it pairs with the vape mod it will be used on.
Ultimately, choosing the best sub ohm tank comes down to personal preference most of the time, but you do need make sure that the tank you choose comes supplied with the coil resistance you need. The lower a coil's resistance, the higher wattage power can be used.
For cloud chasing, the ideal resistance range would be around 0.15ohm-0.3ohm, while anything 0.4ohm and above would be great for those who want a warmer vape when compared to regular coils, with the added bonus of producing more vapour.
Should I choose a sub ohm vape tank?
This depends on what type of vaping experience you are after. Sub ohm tanks are ideal if you want to inhale and exhale much more vapour than what is possible from regular tanks. The heat produced is also much warmer, especially when used at high wattage levels.
Sub ohm vape tanks are aimed at vapers who want to go beyond the standard vaping experience, either as an upgrade to try something new, or for anyone who wasn’t quite able to make the switch from smoking to vaping using a starter kit. If this sounds like you, then a sub ohm tank would be an ideal choice as you progress on your vaping journey.
Best vape liquids to use with sub ohm tanks
Sub tanks are best when paired with a liquid that has a higher VG content and lower nicotine strength. The VG (vegetable glycerine) used in e liquid determines how much vapour will be produced, and tends to be a little sweeter than PG (propylene glycol) which is used for throat hit.
We stock a range of vape liquid brands that would be ideal for use with sub ohm tanks, such as Double Drip, Pocket Fuel, Riot Squad, Dinner Lady, Urban Chase short fill and much, much more!
