Members of Parliament from across the political spectrum are set to investigative the state of vaping in the UK.

A Vape Inquiry launched by the All Party Parliamentary Group for Responsible Vaping will explore the state of vaping in the UK.
Evidence gathered from experts will help to inform the Government about key vape related issues ahead of the Tobacco and Vape Bill.
The investigation will assess how the potential disposable ban, flavour restrictions, and other proposed laws will affect the industry.
It will also gather evidence on how vaping currently affects the economy, environment, and public health.
All findings will be presented in a report and feature analysis of the government’s proposed measures, including the introduction of a vape tax in 2026.
The findings will play a key role in identifying and encouraging industry-led improvement. The APPG seek to understand best practices to help adults quit smoking and address key issues such as underage vaping, waste, and the black market.
