Richard Fleetwood

Richard joined the business in 2014. Having worked as Customer Service Manager for 3 years, he has since been promoted to E-commerce Manager, using his vaping expertise to oversee written content, blogs and weekly customer communications.

Providing content that gives vapers the help and advice they need to make informed choices is his specialty. Having also worked in the product & technical department, he is no stranger to breaking down various vape jargon and product specifications into something that is easy to read and understand.

An experienced vaper for over 10 years, he is passionate about writing for the website and blogs in support of the industry he loves. He has formed connections with major brands like Innokin, SMOK, VOOPOO and many more. He loves spending time gaming and is also a huge Iron Maiden fan!
