Which one would suit you best?
Finding a vape kit that suits you best can be hard. If you’ve been looking at trying a vape pod to keep things simple, then it can get even tougher. To help you choose which one suits you best, I’m taking a look at two of the most ‘mainstream’ vape pod brands. Vype or JUUL? Both of these are similar, but with enough differences to help you make a more informed decision.
Whether you ultimately decide to choose Vuse or JUUL, both offer a good vape pod experience to help you on you vaping journey.
Vuse
Vuse (formerly known as Vype) has been positioning itself in front of vapers and would-be vapers for some time now. With a range of devices to cater towards different needs, Vuse’s offering is more diverse than you might otherwise think.
For comparisons sake, lets look at the ePod and ePen 3 vPro kits to see how they stack up against JUUL.
Vuse ePod
The ePod is simple and easy to use. You can choose from multiple flavours and not have to worry about refilling anything, as once the pod has expired you simply dispose of it and replace with a new one. The battery is automatically activated, so all you need to do is inhale to create vapour. The ePod is perhaps the closest thing to JUUL that Vuse offer, making it one to consider. Add the vPro cartridges into the mix which contain nic salt vape liquid, and you’ve got a complete vape pod experience.
Vuse ePen 3 vPro
The Vuse ePen 3 vPro is an update to the original ePen 3. The vPro pods contain nic salt vape liquid, which can closely mimic the satisfaction of smoking. The ePen 3 vPro has a much larger battery than its ePod counterpart, and swaps out auto activation for a manual button. It’s also a more affordable option, which makes it a good value entry into the world of vaping/vape pods.
It is worth mentioning that Vuse have a wider product set than what you see above. If you’re after a slightly more advanced experience then there are options available.
To summarise; Vuse products are easy to use and great for smokers to make the switch to vaping. Similarities to JUUL will always be there, as they basically function in the same way. If you’re a vaper wanting to try vape pods, or a smoker wanting to vape, Vuse could be a great introduction.
JUUL
JUUL is a behemoth in the industry. Even those who have never vaped are likely to have heard about JUUL somewhere down the line. There are many reasons why this vaping company is widely known, but its dedication to one product has helped.
The JUUL vape pod is made to be incredibly user-friendly. The pods are pre-filled, the battery is automatic and the charging is magnetic. When you couple these features into an incredibly small and stylish design, it’s easy to see why it has become so popular.
JUUL does have the smallest battery, coming in at 280mAh, but with normal use it can still last the duration of a full pod.
Each JUUL pod is filled with nic salt liquid, delivering a satisfying vape experience. JUUL helped pioneer nic salts in 2015, which spawned many others to follow suit.
The release of the JUUL C1 kit added in bluetooth connectivity that allows for added features, including a device lock and JUUL locator function to help find your device if it happens to be misplaced.
JUUL would be a great entry into vape pods or vaping in general. It’s easy to use, looks good and works as you’d expect.
Conclusion
So, should you choose Vuse or JUUL? It’s not an easy question to answer, as both offer very similar experiences. Vuse is certainly more affordable, but JUUL is perhaps more refined.
If you want a good value vape pod kit with a good range of flavours, then Vuse could be for you. If you fancy a more refined, compact and perfected experience, go for JUUL.
In the end it all comes down to personal preference. Vuse and JUUL both have something to offer smokers and vapers, all you need to do is choose!
