DISPOSABLE FLAVOURED E-LIQUID
Since the launch of the Geek Bar back in 2020, there has been a growing demand for disposables. More recently, there has been an increase in demand for disposable alternatives such as bar salts. These are nic salt e-liquids that replicate the same sweet and intense flavours that disposables are loved for which regular 10ml e-liquids haven’t been able to match.

5 Disposables in 1 bottle
There are several reasons why it is better to switch from disposables to e-liquid, the first being the environmental impact of single use devices. The main reason to use bar salt is the savings. Each bottle is the equivalent to 5 disposables, but it costs the same as a single Elf Bar. You can see a breakdown of these costs in the image above.
You will need to purchase a new device to pair with the bar salt, however, the cost will still be cheaper than buying multiple disposable kits. Most vape pod kits are great value and work best with disposable flavoured e-liquid.

How Many Puffs Are In Bar Salt E-liquid?
Each 10ml bottle of bar salt e-liquid will provide up to 3000 puffs. This is based on the puff count of a 2ml disposable which is 600 puffs. The exact puff count will vary depending on your individual vaping style.
What Are The Best Kits For Bar Salt?
The best kit to use when switching from disposables to bar salt is a kit that is simple to use and has a low cost. Bar salt offers an intense flavour which makes it unsuitable for sub ohm vaping. Using it with a direct lung device will produce a taste that is too strong and unpleasant to vape. Bar salts also use ingredients that degrade coils much quicker than regular e-liquid. So it is important to stick with a device designed to be used with this type of e-liquid for the best flavour and longevity.
Refillable Disposables
Refillable disposables are a great choice for use with bar salts as they do not require any extra pods or coils. Simply add the liquid into the tank and refill when it is running low. There are also no buttons either making the experience as easy as using a single-use disposable.
Replaceable Pod Devices
Devices with replaceable pods are more advanced, but they are still very easy to use, making them a great choice to use with bar salt e-liquid. Instead of an all-in-one device, the pods can be replaced when the coil burns out. These attach to the top of the kit through a magnetic connection making them easy to remove. Plus, they have built in coils for extra convenience. It is more cost effective to use this type of kit as it is cheaper to replace pods than a full kit.
Replaceable Coil Devices
Devices with replaceable coils offer the best long term value out of the three types of devices suitable for use with bar salts. These provide the best value as you only have to replace the coils rather than a full pod or kit. They work like most starter kits and use push fit coils in high resistances for MTL vaping.
