A small and mighty DL kit. Looks great, vapes great.

VooPoo has released two brand new additions to its classic Drag range: the Drag E60 and the H80S. Today we’re going to take a look at the E60, the 2550mAh internal battery device. This small DL device packs quite a punch, so let’s take a closer look.
Appearance

I think this kit looks wonderful. It’s small, thanks to its internal battery, yet can still fire up to 60watts. The E60 is finished with matte metal and a single leatherette panel on the back. The tank is dropped into the tank, which again adds to the kits small stature.
The buttons that control the device are simple and straight forward to use, with just a fire button and the wattage controls.
The leatherette panel features a raised DRAG logo and looks rather smart.
With its small size, smart lines and matte metal finish, I think that this kit is adorable. The kit is available in carbon black, black & silver and a very lively baby pink.
VooPoo Drag E60 – Performance
The VooPoo Drag E60, despite its small stature, is well and truly a DL kit. It comes with two coils in the box. The first is a 0.3ohm coil (TW30, 28-36W) and there’s also a 0.2ohm coil (TW20, 40-55W). I chose to go with the 0.2ohm coils as my preferred wattage is around 50W. Both of the provided coils are new versions of VooPoo’s signature PnP coils. There’s no difference in size of the coils so if you already have some of the older PnP coils then they’ll fit just fine. I’ve always thought that PnP coils perform really well and these new ones are no exception. The flavour produced and the cloud is fantastic. Really strong flavour and consistent from start to finish. The liquid that I chose to use wasZeus Juice Midas.
The menu of the device is pretty basic, but that just adds to its simplicity. It has three power modes: smart, RBA and eco. Smart mode auto adjusts to the wattage range of the coil you’re using, which stops unnecessary burnout. RBA mode leaved the power setting to you, and since the wattage range is written on the coil, is absolutely fine. Eco mode is meant to conserve battery life. Using eco mode apparently gives you a 10% longer battery life, which is a nice feature.
One of the best feature about the device, in my opinion, is the filling method. Most pod tanks on the market feature a rubber bung style filling method. Not anymore! VooPoo has added a screw off top fill to its new PnP tank that comes with this kit. This is truly innovative and definitely a breath of fresh air when it comes to pod mods.
Ease of Use
The E60 is very easy to use thanks to its push fit PnP coils, USB-C quick charge and simple to use menu. Filling the tank is also very easy thanks to its screw off top fill. Even though this kit is a DL device, I’d definitely recommend it as a starter kit for anyone wanting to begin with DL vaping.

Price
The VOOPOO DRAG E60 costs £35.99.
You can purchase PnP coils for £12.99 for a pack of 5.
Target Audience
This kit is definitely a DL kit, but it’s still simple enough for new DL vapers to pick up and get along with great. The 60 watt cap does limit the potential of this device for cloud chasers and those that prefer a higher wattage, but you wouldn’t want to run a 2550mAh battery any higher anyway.
VooPoo Drag E60 – Final Verdict
The Drag E60 is a wonderful little kit, emphasis on little. For those that prefer smaller devices, but still a DL experience, then this is the kit to go for. Despite its size, it’s still a powerhouse of a device. For mid range vapers it’s definitely worth consideration. Also, the screw off top fill on a pod tank is innovative and a great step forward for pod style kits.
