Elf Bar FB1000 Overview

The Elf Bar FB1000 is the first open pod system from the brand. It has a 1000mAh battery which charges quickly through the USB-C connection. Either activate the kit by pressing the button or just inhale into the mouthpiece. It also comes with a 0.8ohm EBC M1 coil for mouth to lung vaping.

This device can output up to 30W of power. There are two ways to use this kit. Either press the button to activate. This allows control over the vapour production. The other way is to just inhale into the pod. This automatically activates the coil and requires no buttons to use.

The pod connects to this device through a strong magnetic connection. The coil is also push fit making it easy to install. To fill, remove the rubber bung on the base of the pod and insert a flavour of your choice. 50/50 liquid and nic salts work best with this kit to offer a smooth MTL draw. The coil is made with mesh which heats up more liquid at a quicker rate. This provides even better flavours and a thicker cloud.

Both the VOOPOO PnP pod and coils work with this kit. This allows for even more variety. However, stick to MTL coils as it will not support low resistance coils.

Who Should Buy This Kit?

This is the next step up from disposables. Those who currently use other Elf Bar products should make the next step up to this kit. It provides a more bespoke experience. Plus, it is much cheaper long term than using disposables. Like with most small pod kits it is great as a back up kit or for on the go vaping. The 1000mAh battery provides enough power for the day. Plus, the simple setup makes it easy for even new vapers to use.
