Most disposable vapes will last up to 600 puffs. This should last a whole day unless you are a heavy smoker. In this case you may need an extra device. If you vape casually then it will last slightly longer.

You may see disposables that claim to offer 3500 puffs or more, however these are illegal in the UK. It is best to stick with a complaint vape that contains no more than 2ml of nicotine salt e-liquid. The exact number depends on the strength of the battery and the liquid capacity of the tank. These factors dictate the ‘puff count’. Most devices will have this information on the box in the name of the device - for example, the Elf Bar 600 which contains up to 600 puffs.

It is also dependent on how big they are. As a disposable pod is inhale activated, the longer you draw, the larger the puff. This will use up the liquid much quicker than usual. To avoid this, stick to a mouth to lung technique that is like smoking.

A disposable vape pod containing 2ml of 2.0% bar salt has as much nicotine as 20 cigarettes. This will vary depending on how much nicotine salt e liquid is inside and the strength.

A disposable vape can’t be ‘unburnt’. Typically you experience this issue when a device has low liquid levels or poor wicking. When you use a device such as the BM6000 it is important to let the coil prime for 5-10 minutes after filling the tank.
