Nicotine is the chemical found in tobacco that’s responsible for it being so addictive. It’s a stimulant, like caffeine, that produces feelings of relaxation and stress relief [1]. However, smoking is one of the biggest health threats in the world and kills over 8 million people per year [2]. The main problem with nicotine is that it is extremely addictive, so people who start need to gradually reduce their levels until they quit. Public Health England state that vaping is 95% safer [3], so you can still have the chemical that your body craves, but in a lower risk way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why use nicotine free e-liquid?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When reducing your nicotine levels to quit, the National Centre for Smoking Cessation and Training (NCSCT)<\/a> advises dropping a strength no sooner than every 2 weeks. Even when you reach the final goal of using 3mg, the nicotine free stage is still important before you quit. Smokers often miss the hand-to-mouth action when they quit [4], which is why vaping is twice as effective as other Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) [5]. Using 0mg liquids allows you to make that final step while still keeping your hands busy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does nicotine free e-liquid taste different?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
