Is short fill worth trying out? Read on to find out more!
Short fill e-liquid has been around for a while now, and it seems like more and more vapers are using them. But what exactly is all the fuss about short fill, and is it worth your time trying them?
What Is Short Fill E-liquid?
Let’s start with the basics; what exactly is short fill? Well in simple terms, it is just a large bottle of e-liquid which does not contain any nicotine.
With the arrival of the TPD, and subsequent TRPR (Tobacco Related Products Regulations) law in the UK, it became illegal to sell nicotine containing e-liquid in bottles larger than 10ml.
Short fill was born out of the introduction of these laws as a way to provide vapers with the larger quantities of e-liquid they were used to, without the nicotine included.
Why Do Some Vapers Like Short Fill?
The answer is actually very simple, it gives you the option to carry more than just 10ml around, which for some people is far more convenient and helps avoid carrying lots of smaller 10ml bottles around with them.
Short fill is also cheaper than 10ml because there is no nicotine, passing the savings on to you.
You don’t have to vape it nicotine free either, as there is a space inside each bottle to add a nic shot of your choosing, which means you can still get your nicotine cravings satisfied.
Is Short Fill Worth Trying?
This depends entirely on you, if you prefer to carry more e-liquid around and don’t mind adding a nic shot to increase the nicotine content, then this is definitely for you.
We stock a wide range of short fill e-liquids on our website, with all leading brands available such as Riot Squad, Nasty Juice, Dinner lady and much, much more.
Most people still use 10ml premixed e-liquids, as they are quite simply an easier option for vapers who just want to open up a bottle and top up their tank.
It is worth noting that high strength nicotine e-liquid is still only supplied in 10ml bottles, as the space provided within a short fill bottle can only hold so much nicotine (usually enough to create 3mg).
The Bottom Line…
There is no doubt that short fill has become popular with many vapers across the UK, with many vaping retailers stocking extensive amounts in-store. It is also cheaper than 10ml and offers much more liquid for your money.
The real question comes down to what is easier for you? Would you prefer to use premixed options without any hassle whatsoever? Or are you happy to add in your own nicotine before being able to vape your favourite e-liquid?
