Delivery Terms and Conditions

UK First Class Standard Delivery Untracked Royal Mail £1.99
Generally delivered within 2-3 working days, however, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be received.

UK Special Delivery Tracked Royal Mail £6.99

Orders placed before 2.00pm Monday to Friday with this service, will be delivered before 1pm the next working day. When ordering Special Delivery after 3.00pm the order will be despatched the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be despatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Special Delivery is not guaranteed on a Saturday, although items are successfully delivered the majority of the time.

Eire (Ireland) and Europe Standard Signed for Delivery £9.99
Generally delivered within 5 working days, however please allow up to 25 working days for your order to be received.

Rest of the World (ROW) Standard Signed for Delivery £16.99
Generally delivered with 7-10 working days, however please allow up to 25 working days for your order to be received.

BFPO Addresses

We deliver to all BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses and are treated as UK Domestic Recorded Delivery, but those in non-EU BFPO locations may occur local duty taxes, payable by the customer at cost upon collection or delivery.

Refunds and Returns


The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing via email to, if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyers expense and should be sent via recorded delvery and adequately insured during the return journey.  The Buyer has a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the invoice/order number obtained from the Seller on the package.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyers fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.


Refunds cannot be offered if any of the goods have been used.

Orders are subject to the availability of stocks. If your choice of product is not available we will contact you to offer the following options:

  • Alternative product - if the product is less in value then a partial refund will be arranged - if the product is more in value then additional payment will be required.
  • A delay until the product becomes available.
  • A refund to the value of the missing product plus any relevant consequential losses.
  • Cancellation of the entire order and a full refund.
  • If we cannot contact you we reserve the right to provide suitable alternative products at no extra charge. It is very important that you give us your correct contact details during the order process.
