Keep cartridges and fluid out of reach from children. Nicotine in its pure form is a poison, and can cause harm. All nicotine cartridges and fluid must be kept in a safe place and away from children, as the amount of nicotine in a cartridge, if ingested by a small child could cause serious harm and medical assistance should be sought.

Odyssey™ Replacement Tank O-Ring Seals x 4

4 x Replacement Odyssey™ Tank O-Ring Seals

When the ‘O’ rings are damaged or worn you will find that your cartomizers have a tendency to leak or flood more readily. This is because the air, which leaks into the tank through a damaged seal, distorts the vacuum balance in the tank, fortunately this can be resolved by replacing the seals.

We recommend you use a wooden cocktail stick or a blunt pointed penknife to gently prise out the seal.

  • Using the cocktail stick, dig into the O-ring material, and then rock the O-ring out of its groove as shown in the photo below.  Avoid digging the point into the metallic parts too hard.  Should the O-ring fall into the tank, just shake it to the bottom of the tank and hook it out with the implement used for removal.
  • When replacing the seals, insert a cartomizer with the silicone end-cap still in place into the tank from the opposite end.  Set this level with the bottom of the O-ring groove to prevent the O-ring falling into the tank. This makes fitting much easier.
  • Squeeze the sides of the O-ring so that it can be placed in the groove, and then push it the rest of the way into the cavity. It will naturally spring out into the groove.

Top Tip: After fitting the new O ring seals you can lubricate the seals with a small amount of either PG, VG or even a little e-liquid on a cotton bud.
